By purchasing a commission from me (the artist) you agree to be purchasing my services only. If you have a problem with any of the below conditions, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece.Please read the terms carefully:I, RattusaurusRex (the artist):* I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.* I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.* I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.* I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you break any of the terms.* I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online or in my portfolio or to livestream the creation of the artwork (discuss with me if there is a reason you do not want the work to be public).* I will provide WIP (works-in-progress) for you to request edits/approve. You can request a WIP at any point if you would like more frequent updates.You (the customer/commissioner):* You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels. If you want to credit me (you do not have to), you can credit me as "RattusaurusRex"* You may alter the commissioned artwork if purchased as a base.* You may NOT claim the artwork as your own or resell the commissioned artwork without specific permission from me.* You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).* You may request ANY edits at ANY stage of the art piece. Feel free to request as many changes as you need to be happy with the artwork (especially in the early stages), but I may charge extra if large, time-consuming changes are requested when the artwork is near completion.* PAYMENT PLANS: Payment can be done in payment plans – half before the commission is started and half when it is finished. I will start working on the artwork when the first half of the payment is received and send you WIP (works-in-progress) until the artwork is finished. I will send you the final product when the second half of the payment is received.* REFUNDS: You may request a refund at any time for any reason before the artwork is completed. If the artwork has not been started, you may receive a full refund. If the artwork has been started, you may receive a 50% refund. If the artwork is fully completed, you will be unable to request a refund.* CHARGEBACKS: You may not file a chargeback if your commission has been completed.* I DO NOT SUPPORT THE USE OF MY ART FOR AI OR NFTS.
